The Whistleblowing Channel of Tesys Activos Financieros SGIIC, S.L. is a confidential and secure system that allows employees, clients, suppliers, and third parties in a professional relationship with the entity to report in good faith possible irregularities, regulatory non-compliance or behaviors contrary to our internal policies.

What can be reported?

Through this channel you may communicate:

• Legal or regulatory violations (criminal, administrative, financial, anti-money laundering, data protection, etc.).
• Breaches of the Internal Code of Conduct or internal policies.
• Unethical behavior or actions contrary to professional integrity.

How to file a report?

• Access the online form from this page and select your relationship with the company (employee, client, supplier, other).
• Describe the facts and, if you wish, attach documentation.
• You may identify yourself or submit the report anonymously .
